Cookbook Countdown #20: Cold chicken, anchovies and eggs

First recipe to try from my latest Hugh's book!
Cold cooked chicken meat (seasoned with a drizzle of oil from the anchovies, lemon juice, black pepper), hard boiled eggs, into torn up anchovies, capers, coriander (and spring onions), and lastly salt to taste (mindful of the salty anchovies and capers!).  Yums!
